The Sandra Calleja Foundation has donated €2,000 to Fondazzjoni Nazareth, supporting its latest fundraising drive to open a new residential home for persons with disabilities. The donation was made during Bis-Saħħa ta’ Kulħadd 2026, a televised fundraising marathon held on Saturday, 5 September, to raise funds towards the opening of Dar Marie Karm, the next residential home planned by Fondazzjoni Nazareth.
For many years, Fondazzjoni Nazareth has provided residential care and a supportive family environment for persons with disabilities, helping residents live with dignity while encouraging independence, inclusion and participation in everyday life. Its work continues the vision of its late founder, Dun Anġ Seychell, whose commitment to persons with disabilities remains at the heart of the organisation’s mission. The opening of Dar Marie Karm will enable Fondazzjoni Nazareth to extend this work and provide a home to more people who require long-term residential care and support. The fundraising marathon brought together individuals, organisations and businesses contributing towards making the new residence a reality.
Through its €2,000 contribution, the Sandra Calleja Foundation is proud to join this wider community effort and help Fondazzjoni Nazareth continue providing a caring and inclusive environment for its residents.
