Sandra Calleja Foundation donates €1,500 to Inspire Bżonnok campaign

The Sandra Calleja Foundation has donated €1,500 to Inspire Malta’s Bżonnok fundraising campaign, contributing towards the organisation’s continued work with children, adults and families living with disability in Malta.

The donation formed part of the recent Inspire Bżonnok fundraising marathon, which brought together individuals, organisations and businesses from across Malta in support of Inspire’s services. The campaign raised an impressive €400,331, demonstrating the generosity of the Maltese community and its commitment to helping Inspire continue its work.

Supporting Inspire Malta and Ċentru Stubbs

This year’s Inspire Bżonnok campaign is dedicated to helping bring Ċentru Stubbs to life. The new centre is being developed as an accessible environment where children and adults with disabilities can learn, communicate, develop new skills and reach their potential. Funds raised through the campaign will help equip therapy rooms, sensory spaces, classrooms and community areas with specialist resources, assistive technology, learning materials and accessible furnishings.

The Sandra Calleja Foundation’s €1,500 contribution will therefore form part of a much wider community effort to create facilities designed around opportunity, independence and inclusion. Inspire Malta currently helps more than 1,700 individuals and their families, providing a range of educational, therapeutic and social services while promoting greater equality and inclusion for people with disabilities.

Making a difference within our community

Speaking at the event, Sandra Calleja representative Andrew Attard explained how the donation reflects the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that have a meaningful and lasting impact on communities across Malta and Gozo. By contributing to organisations such as Inspire Malta, the Sandra Calleja Foundation seeks to help strengthen services that improve quality of life and create opportunities for individuals and families who require additional support.

The Sandra Calleja Foundation congratulates the entire Inspire team, volunteers, supporters and everyone who contributed to the Bżonnok fundraising marathon. The final amount of €400,331 is a powerful example of what can be achieved when the community comes together behind an important cause.

Those wishing to continue supporting Inspire Malta can make a donation directly through the organisation’s website.
