1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyConvenience & MySupermarket shops (operated by The Convenience Shop (Holding) plc), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- To use certain features (e.g., ordering), you must register for an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Users must be at least 17 years old to purchase age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco) and 18 or over to register for an account.
3. Ordering, Prices & Acceptance
- Orders may be placed via our website or app. All prices, stock availability, and delivery options are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order and to limit quantities or services to a single customer or geographical area.
- Order confirmation constitutes our acceptance; no binding agreement is formed until then.
4. Payment
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payment information is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store payment details.
- All payments must be completed in full before delivery or collection.
5. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery options (home delivery or click&collect) depend on service availability in your area.
- Delivery times are indicative; third-party delivery provider delays beyond our control may occur.
- Delivery charges and minimum order values are displayed at checkout and may vary. A base delivery charge may apply and higher charges may apply for orders under minimum spend or delivery outside standard zones.
- Deliveries to floors above ground level without lift access may incur an additional charge.
- Click&collect service charges may apply.
- For home delivery, if you’re unavailable, we’ll follow the process outlined at checkout.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are managed in line with our Return Policy.
- For non-perishable items, consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return (excluding sealed, hygiene-sensitive products once opened)
- Perishable goods (including refrigerated/frozen items) are not eligible for returns unless found to be spoiled or defective.

- Cancellations must be made before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply.
- Refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
7. Stock & Product Information
- We strive to maintain accurate stock information online, but availability may change due to in-store sales.
- Products may be temporarily unavailable; we will inform you and offer alternatives.
- Nutritional, allergen, and storage details are provided where applicable, but should always be checked on packaging.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content (text, images, logos, trademarks) on our site and app is owned by The Convenience Shop (Holding) plc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or “scraping” of our website and app is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Disclaimers & Liability
- We endeavour to ensure accuracy, but do not guarantee error-free pricing, descriptions, or availability.
- To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from website or app use, delayed or failed delivery, or product issues.
- Third-party links or services are subject to their terms and we disclaim responsibility for them.
11. Promotions & Loyalty
- Unless separately stated, all promotions, loyalty schemes, competitions, or vouchers have individual terms and conditions which form part of these Terms.
- Promotional eligibility, age restrictions, validity, and redemption rules will be clearly specified within promotional advertising.
- Failure to comply with promotional terms (e.g., misrepresentation, multiple entries) may result in disqualification, cancellation of benefits, or legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes related to them will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
